This policy explains how Saddlepoint AI India Private Limited ("we", "us") handles personal data collected throughsaddlehub.ai.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, company size and message.
• AI assistant: the messages you type into the chat, and any contact details you choose to share with it.
• Email: anything you send us directly.

Please don't send us sensitive data

Please don't enter passwords, personal ID numbers, bank or card details, health information, or confidential business data in the contact form or the AI assistant. We don't need them to respond to an enquiry. If you share them by mistake, email us and we'll delete them.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, discuss possible work with you, and improve our services. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives contact form submissions. The AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude; your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside India.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@saddlehub.ai.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and all fonts and assets are served from our own site. The chat assistant keeps your current conversation in your browser tab so it survives page changes; it is cleared when you close the tab.
